He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Davis and Opal Bandy Davis; and his siblings, Blanche Denby, John Ray Davis, Maxine Duff, Larry, Don Davis and Phyllis Trunk.
He is survived by: his wife Merry Vath; his sons, Todd A. Davis (Debra) of Litchfield, IL, Brian L. Davis (Kayla) of Litchfield, IL and Mark S. Davis (Heather) of Staunton, IL; and his sister Dorothy Sharp (Bill) of Litchfield, IL. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
