She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Schroeder and Freida Schroeder (Simmering); her husband Melvin; and her siblings, Carl Schroeder (Lorraine), Alta Schroeder and Lois McCarthy (Albert).
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Piercy (Bernard) and Nancy Freeze (Dennis); her grandchildren, Douglas Piercy and Renee Ledford (Charles); her great grandchildren, Payton Pearson (Carter) and Jayden Ledford; and her great great grandchild Lincoln Pearson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Zion Lutheran Church of Litchfield (1301 N State St, Litchfield, IL 62056). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations be made to Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Litchfield or Adopt-A-Pet in Benld, Illinois.
