He was predeceased by: his parents, John Martin and Cleo Marie Jett (Taylor); his siblings, John, Tom, Bernice, Etta, Gerald, Pearl, Earl, Harold and Elsie; his sons, George Allen, Leroy Nelson, Dean Martin and Kevin Wayne; his daughter-in-law Geri Jett; and his grandsons, Kevin Wayne II and Wayne Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Ginger Ann Logsdon of Litchfield, His; his children, Jerry Jett of Litchfield, His and Opal Jett of Litchfield; and his grandchildren, Angie Johnson (Kyle), Leroy Jett (Candace), Jerry Jett II, Goldie Mantor (Eddie), LaWanda Jett (Trinidad), Benjamin Jett, Rusty Henry (Meagan), Eric Henry, Elizabeth Jett, Dean Jett II (Tanya), Samantha Jett, Jennifer Jett, Leslie Jett and Dakota Means.
