She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Lansford and Belle Elizabeth Lansford (Daniels); her husband Fred Eugene Cook; her children, Michael Cook, Christle Starkey and Margaret Vaughn; and her granddaughters, Sandi Calcott Self and Sherry Calcott Rowland.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Cook (Arlene), David Cook (Frances) of Scheller, IL, Diane Crawford (Ray) of Litchfield Lillie, Janice Johnson (Jerry) and Bonnie Davis (Richard); and her sister Wanda Cantrell of Cookville, TN.
