It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Koonce (Litchfield, Illinois), born in Saint Elmo, Illinois, who passed away on June 27, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Koonce and Merena Koonce (Jay); his wife Alice Marie Beck; his son Roger Koonce; and his brothers, Don Koonce and Bill Koonce.
He is survived by: his children, Lloyd Koonce (Raecine) of Witt, IL and Joyce Harrell (Tim) of Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Tim Harrell, Brad Harrell, Samantha Koonce, Dayton Koonce, Brian K. Stanbery, Josh Stanbery, Amanda Christian and Lance Stanbery. He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
