He was predeceased by: his parents, James Green and Rosalie Green (Horner); his siblings, Debra Swett, Marvin and Dale Green; and his son Jeffrey Wayne Green, Jr. (Jeff).
He is survived by: his wife Leota Green of Litchfield; his daughters, Jennifer (Brandon) of Litchfield and Rosalie Green of Litchfield; his grandchildren, Dawsen Green, Natasha Howell, Chloe, Aubree Sparks, Dustin Kampmann, Jr. and Connor Adamovich; his siblings, James Green (Dona) of Litchfield, Matt Roberson (Kim) of Hillsboro, Mark Roberson (Tinya) of Hillsboro and Angie Carson of Hillsboro; and his siblings-in-law, Michelle Green of Litchfield and Everett Swett of Sorento. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and adopted kids and grandkids.
