It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jauan Cornman of Litchfield, Illinois, born in Mayfield, Kentucky, who passed away on January 7, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Voris Whitlow and Willa Whitlow (Spain); her husband William Dean Cornman; and her son Wayne Cornman. She is survived by: her son Glen Cornman (Suzie) of Southlake, TX; her daughter-in-law Rose Cornman of Cypress, IL; her brother Bill Whitlow (Barb) of Lone Oak, KY.; and her grandchildren, Joshua Cornman (Michelle), Jennifer Cornman, Alisha Cornman, Adriane Baan, Scott Cornman (Sophie) and Jillian Wills (Ben).

The family asks that memorials be made to the Litchfield Food Pantry.

Rebecca Wallner wrote a sympathy message

“So sorry to hear of the loss of this dear woman. My father and mother, Richard and Winnie Wallner lived right around the block and I think they mentioned that Jo and her husband used to have picnics with neighbors. My father passed in 2020 at the age of 96 and I take care of my mother still at the age of 94…we try to take walks daily. We always enjoyed walking by Jo’s home and waving and chatting with her when we found her sitting on her porch. God bless, Rebecca Wallner”
