He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Keith and Ada B. Keith (Kershaw); and his grandparents, John S., Agnes R. Keith, Leroy and Minnie Kershaw.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Keith; his son Christopher James Keith; his daughter-in-law Stacey L. Keith; his grandchildren, Brentleigh Elyse Keith of Alton and Brody James Keith of Alton; his sister Janice Gorsage (Doug) of Maryville; his mother-in-law Margie Parnell of Litchfield; his siblings-in-law, Allen Parnell of Warrensburg, Tina Keith of Denver and Donna Price (Tim) of Staunton; his brother Terry L. Keith; his father-in-law Donald Parnell; his sister-in-law Patsy Parnell; and his great-niece Allison Gorsage. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
