Henry Helmut Eilers Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Henry Helmut Eilers of Litchfield, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 13, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Ursula; and his brother Klaus Eilers. He is survived by: his spouse German; his daughters, Helen (Ray Trost) of Litchfield, Elizabeth (Chris Bron) of Springfield and Maria Eilers of Litchfield; his grandchildren, Derek Eairheart of Kent and Monica Osborn of Holly Springs, NC.; and his great grandchildren, Coury, Zach, Harmony Eairheart, Ayden, Ethan Osborn, Quinn, Noel and Campbell Poetain. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church (1301 N State St, Litchfield, IL 62056). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Elmwood Cemetery (1343 E Ryder St, Litchfield, IL 62056).
