We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2021, at the age of 72, George Stephenson of Litchfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer C. Stephenson and Pauline Joan Pass Stephenson; and his siblings, Theresa J. Murphy, Larry, Bill, Charles and John Stephenson.

He is survived by: his children, Amy M. (Shawn Bethard) of Morrisonville, Katie M. Stephenson of Springfield and Michael W. (Kristin Stephenson) of Farmersville; his grandchildren, Carter, Cooper, Camden Bethard and Grayson Wood; and his siblings, Paul (Evie Stephenson) of Hoyleton and Helen Schuetze of Carlinville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
