He is survived by: his spouse Sherlyn "Sherry" Kay Clevenger; his children, Mark Kolkhorst (Char) of Overland Park, KS. and Marci Millburg (Greg) of Sycamore, IL.; his brother Ron Kolkhorst of Chicago, IL.; his grandchildren, Lexie, Kyle, Adam Millburg, Samantha Kolkhorst (Austin Denny) and Sophie Kolkhorst; his nephew Bradley Kolkhorst; and his niece Ronda Clarke.
