He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Clifford and Susie Elizabeth Ruppe (Reddick); his daughter Sherry Lewey; his grandsons, Jeff and Ryan Clement; and his brother Dexter Ruppe.
He is survived by: his close friend Agnes Cheli of Litchfield, IL; his son Terry Ruppe (Denise) of Fulshear, TX; his granddaughter Melissa Moreland (Phil) of O'Fallon, IL; and his sister Judy Higgins (Dale) of Centralia, IL.. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
