She is survived by: her parents, Leslie Dorman and Nona Maude Fuller (Hodges); her spouse Philip Raymond Carriker; her daughters, Evelyn Blankenship (Ivan) of Litchfield Donna, Hayes and Tosetti of Nokomis; her grandchildren, Neal Blankenship (Shelley) of Witt Colin and Hayes of Aurora Gary; her niece Jean Sikorski of Litchfield She; her siblings, Kenneth, Agnes Briggs and Eunice; and her son-in-law Larry Towell. She is also survived by her parents; husband.
