It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Budd (Litchfield, Illinois), born in Taylorville, Illinois, who passed away on May 11, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Taylor and Goldie Edith Ealey (Disney); her husband Alfred Richard Budd, Jr.; her children, Donald Budd of Channahon Bill and Diana Parsons (David) of Litchfield Wanda; her siblings, Rock Ealey (Eileen) of Tucson, AZ and Eileen Callerman (Terry) of Girard; her son-in-law Eugene Perrine of Vicksburg, MS; her children, John Budd and Linda Perrine; and her siblings, Dale, Charles, Lester Ealey, Helen Parks, Martha Jane Befort, Bernice Bottoms and Charlotte. She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren 23 great-grandchildren.
