She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lorts and Nellie Lorts (Skouby); her husband Frank Theodore Starr; and her brothers, Wilmer and Clyde Lorts.
She is survived by: her daughter Nance Breuchaud (Kent) of Litchfield; her stepchildren, Diane Eatmon of Muldrow, OK and Tom Starr (Sue) of Pocahontas, IL; her grandchildren, Joseph Matich (Dora), Tim Matich and Laura Matich; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Melton and Tesa Toney.
