He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Helen Mellinger (Biggs) and Donald Raymond Waugh; and his siblings, Richard Waugh, Roseanne White, Juanita Green and Camellia Phipps.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Waugh (Faye), Christina Morley (Dave) of Champaign, IL, Cammie Simpson (Jim) of Litchfield and Siearra Glisson (Ian) of Granite City, IL; and his siblings, Sharon Bowen of Panama City, FL and David Waugh (Donna) of Litchfield. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
