He is survived by: his wife Wendy Bergman of Litchfield, IL; his sons, Neil Bergman (Kimberly) of Litchfield, IL and Keith Bergman of Hillsboro, IL; his grandchildren, Kennedy Jean Bergman, Nicholas Hawley and Dylan Bergman; and his brothers, Dallas, Richard and Roger Bergman.
