He is survived by: his parents, Leslie Lewis and Ginger Ann Jett (Logsdon); his children, Dean Martin Jett, II (Tanya) of Moro, IL, Goldie Mantor (Jerald) and LaWanda Jett (Trinidad Lucas); his siblings, Jerry L. Jett, Kevin W. Jett and Opal Jett; and his grandchildren, Charlotte Jett, Logan Jett, Alivia Mantor, Noah Mantor and Lucinda Jett.
