He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dave Vega Sr. and Betty Alice Webb Vega; his spouse Patricia S. Oller; his children, Shane A. Vega, Branden L. Vega (Heather) of Litchfield, Nicole L. Vega, Fiancé Nathan Ondrey of Litchfield and Kyle W. Vega of Litchfield; his siblings, Jerry Vega (Cathy) of Litchfield, Pam Finnegan (Jim) of Staunton, Donna Mullen (Eric) of Carlinville, Sue Roach (Vega) of Raymond, Gary Vega (Jan) of Litchfield, Tena Stamer (Dale) of Killeen and Lori Brown (Robert) of Taylorville; his grandchildren, Victoria, Blake, Alexis, Dade, Kyra Vega, Christian Spenseberger, Hannah Hast (Dakota), Andrew, Conner Sarver, Brenna, Elearose and Leighthyn Vega Ondrey; and his great grandchildren, Xander and Xaler Hast of Khloe Hodge. He was also cherished by friends, and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
