We bid farewell to David William Bailey of Litchfield, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 24, 2025 at the age of 75. David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though David has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Dwight and Dorothy Louise Bailey (Prange); and his sister Judy Branson. He is survived by: his son Jaime (Anna Hubert) of Litchfield, IL; his grandson Jayden Joseph; and his sisters, Joyce Cranford (Jim) of Litchfield, IL and Janice Kalaher (William) of Litchfield, IL. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews as well as several great nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Lutheran Church (1301 N State St, Litchfield, IL 62056). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
