He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph and Emma Marie Schwab (Kuntzmann); and his brothers, Gene, Lyndal and Ronald Schwab.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Anne Sturgeon; his sister Carolyn Schwab; his sister-in-law Sharon Schwab of Litchfield; his close friends, Larry, Debbie White, Charlie and Kelly Sinclair; and his sisters, Melba Hartke, Maxine Nimmons and Joyce Vedder. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and his dog.
