He was predeceased by: his parent Laurence; his son Philip David Hull; his parents-in-law, Oscar David and Wilma Joyce Taylor; his nephews, Matthew Hull, Jordan Hull and Daniel Gurley; his brother Jack Hull; his brother-in-law Wade Norman; and his sister Judith Stroup.

He is survived by: his wife Pam; his daughter Kate Hull (James Banister) of Litchfield; his brothers, Billy Hull (Georgia) of Litchfield and Larry Hull (Janet) of Atwater, IL.; his brother-in-law David Taylor (Mary Beth) of Litchfield; and his sister Linda Felsman (Kenneth) of Savoy, IL..

Memorials may be made to Montgomery County PAWS Care or to Zion Lutheran Church in Litchfield.
