He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Duke and Luetta Duke (Vawter); his sisters, Bonnie and Dolly Duke; and his brothers-in-law, Donnie Webber, Mike Bennett and John Dooley.
He is survived by: his former wife Judy Ann Dodder; his wife Judy Duke of Litchfield, IL; his children, Michelle Lingenfelter (Darren) of Santa Clara, CA and Jeffrey Duke (Misty) of Litchfield, IL; his stepgrandsons, Justin Lingenfelter (Jennifer Smith) and Ethan Yearley; and his sisters, Nancy Bennett, Mary Lou Webber of Alton, IL and Darlene Duke of Alton, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests monetary donations be directed to the St. Clare Food Pantry in Litchfield, IL.
