He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hess and Josephine Arth Hess. He is survived by: his sons, Perry Hess (Marla) of Bettendorf, IA and Eric Hess (Kelly) of Edwardsville, IL; and his grandchildren, Alexander, Jacob and Kayla. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
