She is survived by: her mother Beryl Hicks (Butcher) of Litchfield, IL; her son Jason Lee Hicks (Samantha Feldmann) of Litchfield, IL; and her siblings, Steve Hicks (Amy) of Litchfield, IL and Bev Hicks of South Carolina, Several. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
