He was predeceased by: his brothers, Harold W., Lloyd G. and Billie L. Rogers. He is survived by: his spouse Marjorie L. Newman; his sister-in-law Dolores A. Rogers; his nephews, Mike Rogers (Gale), Lloyd Rogers (Tammy), John Rogers (Marty), Richard Rogers, Barton W. Rogers (Brenda) and Felix Powell (Verna); and his sisters, Ann Knamiller, Violet Montgomery, Lila Keiser, Carolyn Wilson, Rose and Shirley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
