She is survived by: her parents, Kenneth Brian and Carrie Malarik, Sr. (Harbison) of Benld, IL; her brothers, Joey Orban and Kenneth Malarik, Jr.; her grandparents, Vicky Harbison of Wood River, IL, Linda Miller, Pablo Ortiz-Carrascoof and NJ; her aunt Tammy Suggs (Joe); and her uncle Jimmy Harbison.

The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the family.
