He is survived by: his mother Carol Filip (Pearson); his wife Kimberly; his daughters, Lilian and Skylar; his sister Christine Vlietstra (Josh); his niece Madalyn; his nephew Devin; his parents-in-law, Jean and Leonard Kula; his sister-in-law Kristin Carlson (Jereme); and his nieces, Abigail and Emily. He is also survived by family members and friends.
