She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley J. Musielak; her parents, Ignatius "James" Stahulak and Josephine Stahulak; and her brothers, James (late Lottie), Joseph (late Ann), Emil (late Caroline), Edward (Mary) and Thomas (late Marie).
She is survived by: her children, Mary Theresa, Karen Rose Lindquist (Peter) and Gail Marie Faber (Todd); her grandchildren, Amanda Rose Sievert (Robert), Michael, Peter and Rachael; and her great grandchildren, Arianna, Octavian, Thorsten, Anneke and Astrea.
