He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Patrick Dugan (Gerrie), Corey Dugan (Kris), Spencer Dugan and Kelly Dugan (Ryan Driscoll); his grandchildren, Patrick, Audrey, Ryan, Kyle, Billy, Katie Dugan and Ivy Driscoll; and his siblings, Bruce Dugan (Melinda) and Andrea Borgeson (Bob). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
