He is survived by: his wife Carol Jacobs (Churas); his children, Brian Jacobs and Melissa Lapin (Josh); his grandson Elliott Lapin; his son David Jacobs (Teri); and his grandchildren, Claire, Michelle and Alex Jacobs.
