He is survived by: his parents, Richard Koukalik and Beverly Koukalik of Plainfield; his daughter Emma Koukalik; his siblings, Juli Coughlin (James) of Bolingbrook and Joseph Koukalik (Heather) of Fate; and his nieces and nephews, Mitchell Coughlin of Smithfield, Shannon, Blake, Connor, Kelli Coughlin of Bolingbrook, Johnathon and Ashley Koukalik of Fate, Texas..
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Charlie's Restaurant at Clow Airport (130 Clow International Airport Pkwy, Bolingbrook, Il 60490).
