He was predeceased by: his children, Pamela Jagger and Matthew Jagger; his sibling Patricia Van Orman; and his former wife Mary Lou Ottoson. He is survived by: his spouse Carol Ann Weissert-Jagger; his children, John Jagger, Josh Jagger (Cheryl) and Michael Jagger (Colleen); his pet Rocky IV; his great grandchildren, Abigail Cannon and Jackson Jagger; and his sibling Judith Jagger.
