He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Wiley and Hazel Wiley (Shaw); and his sisters, Margaret Bauer and Rowena Bernard. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Metzler; and his children, Pam Harshbarger (Robert) of Naperville, Larry Wiley (Beckie) of Livermore, CA, Scott Wiley (Nancy) of Cape Coral, FL and Dale Wiley of Menomonee Falls, WI. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to United Methodist Committee On Relief, St. Jude Children's Hospital, or Boys Town Village, NE.
