He was predeceased by: his grandson Ben Fox; and his siblings, Marilyn Swierenga, Jerry Wieringa (Carole), Donald Wieringa and Norman Wieringa.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wieringa; his daughters, Kimberly Fox (Charles) and Nicole Farley (Alice); his grandchildren, Megan and Zach Fox; his great grandchild Carma Farley; his sister Judy Eshmann (Paul); and his brother-in-law Charles Beetz (Dianne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
