Forest; his children, Mike Forest (Loretta), Cathy Lentz (late Rob), Joanna Brooks (Joe), Karen Lucke (Ed) and Stephanie Pedraza (Tony); his stepchildren, Keith Olsen (late Vicki), Craig Olsen and Kim Schwartz (Fred); his grandchildren, Katie, Alex, Amy, Samantha (Olivia), Nicholas, Maxwell, Jacob, Josh (Kelly), John, Joseph, Eddie (Lindsey), Brian (Marissa), Anna, A. J., Sophia and Denise; his great grandchild Jackson; his sister Alice Carney (late Bill); his brother-in-law Jim Hunt (Barbara); and his grandson Frederick George. He is also survived by his friends and, as his children married, with his sons-in-law and grandchildren.
