It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklyn Meadows Nipper (Lisle, Illinois), who passed away on October 6, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Almeda; his son Jim Nipper (Linda); his grandchildren, Allison Nipper (Jeff Steimle) and Derek Nipper; and his siblings, Abe, Ross and Robert Nipper.

In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Boys Town or VFW Post 5696.
