He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Chulay and Elizabeth Chulay. He is survived by: his spouse Altanah Benziger; his children, Jeffrey Chulay (Marianne), Jill (Chulay) and Dolgin (Dennis); his granddaughters, Kristi (Dolgin), Dillon (Frank) and Amy Dolgin; and his great grandchild Matthew Dillon.
