He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Brand and Frank Brand; and his siblings, David and Laura. He is survived by: his wife Joette S. Brand; his daughters, Jolisa Brand and Jaimelynn Rascher (Jon); and his siblings, Sandra, Barbara, Debra, Daniel and Sara. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
Current health guidelines state that no more than 10 individuals at a time may pay their respects to the family, and guests are required to wear masks and follow social distancing procedures.
