She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Toczylowski and Hermina Toczylowski; and her husband Rudolph Fousek. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Fousek (Debbie), Thomas Fousek (Rhonda), James Fousek (Donna) and Susan Rhodes (Steve); and her siblings, Bernadette Wodke (late Mike) and Edward Toczylowski (Josephine).
Proper social distancing must be practiced and all guests will be required to wear facemasks at all times.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's association.
