She was predeceased by: her friend Nicholas Marx, Jr.; her parents, Roy Billman and Ada Billman; and her sister Ruth Thompson (Robert). She is survived by: her children, Richard Marx (Debbie), Deborah Rowe (Dale) and Robert Marx (Patricia); her grandchildren, Kyle (Natasha), Courtney (Brian), Sam and Benjamin; and her great grandchildren, Natalie, Brandon and Ellie.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Dorothy's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Pl, Memphis TN 38105.
