With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Demetrios Zafiropoulos of Lisle, Illinois, who passed away on April 4, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Panagiotis Zafiropoulos and Athena Zafiropoulos; his wife Eleni; and his siblings, Paraskevi, Vasilios and Soula.

He is survived by: his children, Athena Aaron (Andrew) and Peter Zafiropoulos (Courtney); his grandsons, James Zafiropoulos, Shane Zafiropoulos and Andrew Aaron Jr.; his siblings, Efthemia, Nikos, Eleni and Georgos; and his extended family Greece.
