He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra Alex (Leonchik); his son Brent; his mother Bernice Alexeyuk; his sisters, Nancy Smith (Tom) and Margaret D'Alessandro (Rocco); his nieces and nephews, Mark Smith (Kristen), Tom Smith (Kelly), Nicole McCloud (Scott) and Deana D'Alessandro; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Trip, Mitchell, Amelia Smith, Scottie and Mia McCloud; his siblings-in-law, Karen Muzyka (Vitaly) and Tom Leonchik; and his father Frank Alexeyuk.
