She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Thomas J. Fitzpatrick III; her children, Margaret "Peggy" Flynn (Patrick), Thomas J. Fitzpatrick (Donna), David Fitzpatrick and Richard J. Fitzpatrick; her grandchildren, Amy L. Hurt (Paul), Thomas J. V, Joseph R. Fitzpatrick (Jose) and Kara A. Fitzpatrick; her great grandchildren, Jacob P. and Madeline G. Hurt; and her siblings, Constance Kingma, Judie Baker (Dave) and Sylvester Solvatore "Solly" Vaccaro (Nancy).

In lieu of flowers donation to The Alzheimer's Association 225 N. Michigan Ave. 17th.
