She was predeceased by: her parents, William Whippler and Helen Whippler (Seff); her nephew Jarrick Franck; her siblings-in-law, Ron Stepanek, David Dwight Shaw and Susan Ericson; and her father-in-law Dwight Shaw (Jean).
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Shaw; her sons, David Shaw and Brandon Shaw (Laura); her grandson Kemper Lee Shaw; and her sisters, Sandy Clark (Jim), Karen Stepanek, Linda Moore, Patricia Harrington (Rory) and Teresa White. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lombardi Club (209 Olive St, Rockford, IL 61107).
