He was predeceased by: his father Jordan Kingsbury; his grandparents, Bernard and Rita Kingsbury; and his uncle Hardy Henna. He is survived by: his mother Juana Kingsbury of Lindenwood, IL; and his siblings, Bernie Kingsbury (Becky) of Lindenwood, IL, Michael Kingsbury (Christa) of North Dakota, Juana Kulwicki (Mike) of Chana, IL, Maria "Cuca" Kingsbury (Travis Lund) of Woodridge, IL and Rita Etscheid (Brian) of Redwood City, CA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
