He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Vanecko and Raphael Vanecko; his brother James Vanecko; and his in-laws, Peter Martino (Patricia), Maggie Daley (Richard M.), Barbara Daley (Michael) and Eleanor Daley.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Carol; his children, Robert G. Vanecko (Jamie), Mark Vanecko (Kimberly), R. J. Vanecko and Mary Clare Hickman (Oscar); his grandchildren, Bobby, Mary Kate, Danny, Meg and Ellie Vanecko; his children, Luke, Henry Vanecko, Mary Alana and Eleanor Hickman; his brothers, Richard Vanecko (Barbara) and William Vanecko; and his in-laws, Patricia Daley Martino, Richard M. Daley, Michael Daley (Nancy), John Daley (Mary Lou) and William Daley (Bernie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
