He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kuklinski and Harriet Elizabeth Golata Kuklinski; and his wife Donna Lee "Sugar" McCoy Kuklinski. He is survived by: his children, Brad Kuklinski, Lisa Kuklinski and Mark Kuklinski (Agnes); his grandchildren, Ryan McCarty (Kaitlyn), Conner McFadyen, Andrew Kuklinski, Patrick Kuklinski and Alan Wloszak; and his great grandchildren, Noelle, Natalie, Everly and Emerson McCarty.
