She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard; and her brother Herman Jacobs. She is survived by: her children, Susan (Tony Perez) and Jeff (Judy Mischel); her granddaughters, Dayna, Jessica and Rachel; and her great grandchild Carter.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Lincolnwood Jewish Congregation.
