She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Lee McCoy (Kunze) and Freeman Robert McCoy; and her sisters, Jeanne Martin (McCoy) and Betty Macke (McCoy). She is survived by: her husband Richard Kuklinski; her children, Brad Kuklinski, Lisa Kuklinski and Mark Kuklinski (Agnes); her grandchildren, Ryan McCarty, Conner Mcfadyen, Andrew Kukllinski, Patrick Kuklinski and Alan Wlosak; her great grandchildren, Noelle, Natalie, Everly and Emerson McCarty; and her brother David McCoy.
